Yoota X privacy policy

This page explains how the Yoota X app handles your account, permissions, whispers, messages, and external services like Firebase and Cloudinary.

Introduction

Yoota X is a social media platform that allows you to share short videos, publish whispers (video, audio, text), and chat with friends. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data and explaining how it is processed.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to create your account, manage your profile, and share content, such as your name, email address, profile picture, the videos and whispers you publish, and the messages you exchange.

We also collect certain information automatically when you use the app to ensure security and improve the service, such as device type, OS version, and your interactions with videos and posts.

External services and sharing

Yoota X does not sell your personal data or share it for marketing purposes. To run the app and deliver services, we rely on trusted providers:

  • Firebase (Database, Auth, Messaging): To secure accounts and sync messages and content.
  • Cloudinary (Media storage): To store pictures, video clips, and audio whispers securely.

Security and data retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can delete any content you publish, or request full deletion of your account and data from our servers through settings, and we will process the request immediately.
